Shaanxi Province’s high-tech enterprise certification is a comprehensive assessment and strict inspection of the company’s operating capabilities and development status by the "Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology", "Shaanxi Provincial Department of Finance" and "State Administration of Taxation and Shaanxi Provincial Taxation Bureau". To be recognized as a Gazelle enterprise in Xianyang City, the following conditions must be met:

1. Register and go through tax registration within the territory of our city, actually operate in the jurisdiction, high-tech enterprises with independent corporate legal personality or technological enterprises with certain innovation capabilities, and the registered capital is not less than 2 million yuan.

2.The industrial field is in line with the development direction of strategic emerging industries, covering new generation information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, bio-medicine, new materials, new energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, and modern service industries.

3.Mainly engaged in the research, development, production or service of high-tech products, with independent intellectual property rights, outstanding main business, distinctive product or service characteristics, and at least 3 new achievements, new technologies or authorized patents in the past three years.

4. Small and medium-sized enterprises with the characteristics of "professional, special, refined and new", good growth potential, and meeting one of the following standards:

(1) For companies with a total income of between 2 million yuan and 10 million yuan in the previous year, the revenue growth rate reached 20% or the net profit of the previous year was not less than 600,000 yuan and the compound annual profit growth rate reached 20%; For companies with total income between 10 million yuan and 100 million yuan, the compound annual growth rate of income in the past two years has reached 15% or the net profit of the previous year is no less than 1 million yuan and the compound annual growth rate of net profit has reached 15%; For companies with a total revenue of between 100 million yuan and 500 million yuan in the previous year, the average annual compound growth rate of revenue in the past two years has reached 10% or the net profit of the previous year is not less than 10 million yuan and the net profit growth rate has reached 10%.

(2) Technology companies in emerging industries such as Internet+, mobile internet, Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data, etc., have accumulated more than 10 million yuan in venture capital in the past three years.

5.The funds for research and development shall not be less than 5% of the annual main operating income.
